Ke ʻAlohi ʻo ʻEwa (KAʻE), poetically meaning "the brilliance of ʻEwa", is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in ʻEwa Beach on Oʻahu. Our name references our mission of illuminating the brilliance of our keiki through a system of Hawaiian Education that is place-based and delivered ma ka ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (in the Hawaiian language). We partner with school administrators, community members, and local lawmakers to support equitable access to Hawaiian Immersion education within the ʻEwa Moku and build a complete K-12 kaiapuni pathway to serve the haumāna (students) and ʻohana (families) in our community.
